Andreea Wildner – Chief Operating Officer

Andreea

Andreea has more than 20 years of experience in tax, accounting, and financial counseling matters. Andreea has consulted with small and medium sized businesses with respect to their tax needs, including interstate and international commerce impact on tax, tax planning, tax provisions (ASC740), and Merger and Acquisition scenarios.
Andreea is a Florida CPA who earned her degree in Foreign Affairs, followed by a degree in Accounting and Tax from the University of South Florida. With nearly two decades of private and public accounting experience ranging from small business to large multinational businesses, Andreea has excelled in taxation (North America and Europe), mergers/acquisitions, accounting, accounting systems set-up (Quickbooks), assistance with completing financial audits and tax provisions. Through these experiences, Andreea Inc was formed so Andreea can provide support to the small and midsize entrepreneurs that she easily relates to, being an entrepreneur herself. Andreea is also a passionate real estate investor with vast knowledge in deal structuring, property management, identifying sources of funding for acquisitions, and positioning client financials for successful underwriting. From tax, accounting to bank loan application and other financial services, Andreea is a valuable resource for small to midsize entrepreneurs.

 

Andrei Perju – Managing Director

Andrei Perju is an effective leader and problem-solver dedicated to streamlining operations to decrease costs and promote organizational efficiency that he is happy to share with our clients. Andrei is an accomplished professional with more than seventeen years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience who ran his own businesses, an executive with expertise in financial and operational leadership, an organized leader with the highest degree of integrity.

While enrolled as a full-time student at Gh. Asachi University, pursuing a BS Degree in Textile Engineering, Andrei started his managerial career as a Sales Manager and rapidly has been promoted as a Contract Manager. Having some managerial experience and textile manufacturing knowledge, Andrei decided to take the matter into his own hands and started a clothing manufacturing business and later, a second one managing to build the organizations into two 50+ employee successful clothing manufacturing firms. This broad array of hands-on experience has provided Andrei a clear understanding of the front line demands and the mid and back office requirements that complement each other in order to build a strong company that will achieve long-term sustained success. At the end of 2019, Andrei joined forces with Andreea Inc. and started a collaboration as an independent contractor, providing professional services, offering prompt and personalized support to every project started. In 2024 Andrei became a partner at Andreea Inc and together with Andreea Wildner is committed to delivering customized solutions that address the unique needs of the clients.

Besides being a valuable leader, Andrei is passionate about business automation, specializing in accounting systems set-up such as QuickBooks, report creation, indirect tax compliance, financial statements preparation and translation of financial data into actionable insights, helping our clients make decisions for a prosperous future. Andrei’s wealth of business knowledge gained from running his own businesses makes him a trusted business advisor who can offer strategic financial insights and proactive solutions to empower our client’s business growth.

 

Sabine Wildner: Accountant/Automation Lead

Sabine

Sabine is the quintessential accountant and IT guru. With an incredible capacity to consume vast amounts of complex details, she has become our foremost accounting technician and IT person. She helps clients gather all the financial information by implementing a simple organized process, complete tax organizers, find new ways to automate accounting and tax tasks, prepare individual and business tax returns, and assists businesses with portfolio and business products presentations.

Sabine is a passionate volleyball player. Even though her accounting job demands precision and meticulousness, Sabine’s volleyball spirit keeps her mind sharp and her reflexes on point. The balance between the two worlds fuels her success, both while at her desk or on the court.

 

Aurelia Dabacan: Administrative Assistant/Tax Coordinator

Aurelia brings a unique blend of administrative expertise and artistic flair to her role. Highly organized and detail-oriented, she manages a complex workflow with efficiency and a smile. Beyond her technical skills, Aurelia possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, evident in the tasteful organization of her workspace. This creative spirit fosters a positive and inspiring work environment for both colleagues and clients.

Aurelia has a teaching background and her kindness and patience with students is an asset we all appreciate and encourage her to employ with our clients. As a former administrative assistant and tax coordinator, she brings a wealth of experience to accounting and tax practice in managing complex tasks. Aurelia has recently joined our practice in Clearwater, FL. In her spare time, she likes to paint and do art, and love for arts adds a vibrant layer to Aurelia’s approach for her work and in her relationship with our clients.
